•Ensuring that the apartments/home equipment is functional including Wifi and TV

•Ensuring that all apartment/homes have all the items, furnishings etc at all times. Missing or broken items to be informed.

•Ensure that supplies are purchased and replenished in time inside the units

•Ensure that maintenance complaints are informed.
•In case the cleaner has forgotten to leave something like towels, cleaning supplies etc – they may have to come back to replenish

•All cleaning complaints from guests are taken very seriously. In case the complaint is genuine, we will come back and correct any issues, at no additional cost.

• Doors & Frames: Clean all doors, door frames, doorknobs, and light switches.
• Built-ins: Wipe down all closets, shelves, spindles, and railings.
